MTS Shipping Ltd. evolved out of our need to use ships to service a number of Project moves and is the newest company in the Steve Porter Transport Group.
With an interest in two vessels (MV 'Victress' and MV 'Valiant') which are part owned with Faversham Ships Ltd and Vogt & Maguire Ltd., we now have access to a fleet of coasters that operate in British waters, the North Sea, the Baltic, the Iberian Peninsula and down into the Mediterranean. The ships are designed to carry bulk materials such as fertiliser, grain, grit, rock, timber as well as containers and construction materials, but are also used for charter work to handle projects that would otherwise be difficult to move on land.
